We offer not only snowobaridng but also many other programs and activities.
プログラムとしてはスノーシュー。こちらは先日の180キャンプでのひとコマ。凍った善五郎の滝を見るのは圧巻です。
As a program, snow shoeing is it. This is from180 camp on the other day. Looking at flozen Zengoro fall is amazing experience.
他の活動としては毎週火曜日夜に行われている地域の方向けの英会話クラス。毎週レベル別に楽しいクラスが行われています。
As a local activity, we offere English class everey Tuesday. We are having fun with games, etc.
先週末乗鞍高原温泉スキー場スノーパークにてNorikura Bomber Jam 1st Slope Styleが開催されました。
We had Norikra Bomber Jam 1st Slope Style at the snow park of the ski resort.
総勢50名を超える参加者が集まり、予選は白熱したセッションが行われました。
Over 50 people registered the comp and Jam style qualifier was heated up.

10名の予選通過者が午後の決勝を戦いました。ノーススターからはダニエルが一人予選を通過し決勝に進みました。
10 competiters made the fina. From NORTHSTAR, only Daniel made it.
ノーススターではホットチョコレートとホットドッグ、そして勝手な盛り上がりで大会をサポートしました。
We supported the comp with providing hot chocolates, hot dogs and crazy cheering.

The NORTHSTAR PARK in the front yard has been open.
毎週水曜日午後7時から午後8時30分まで。リクエストがあれば週末もオープンします。
We open it from7pm to 8:30pm on every Wednesday. We can open it on weekends also, if you request.

SFC Rail Jam will be taking place at NORTHSTAR PARK on March 8th Sat. We will welcome you to join to be on the comp and also to be watching.

Tree Runs
ツリーランは慣れが必要ですが、一度コツをつかむとかなり楽しめます。
Tree run needs some practice but if you once get used to it, you can enjoy it so much.

1日目は軽めにビーコンなどの装備の使い方や足慣らしにゲレンデ近くのシークレットスポットを探検?。2日目はスキー場上部からツアーコースをハイクアップ。
On the day 1, learned about how to use beacons and other equipments and explored some secret spots around the ski resort. Then on the day 2, taking Tour Course from the top of the ski resort to hike.
天候はうす曇り。さほど寒くないものの風の強いところも。
The wearther was slightly cloudy. It was not so cold but was windy some time.
標高約2400mでランチ。そこまで約2時間強のハイク。
We had lunch at 2400m high. It took about 2 hours to get there.
ランチの後さらにハイクし、ドロップイン!
After the lunch, hiked little more and then drop in!

大分ご無沙汰になってしまいましたが、アップデートできなかった数週間にいろいろなことがありました。まずは
バートンデモ。小売店向けの来期モデルの試乗会です。
It has been so long since last update though many things have happend at NORTHSTAR. First,
Burton Demo. It was a test riding for next season, 08/09 products.
会場は何かとお世話になっている
ダイナランド。まずは試乗したい板を選び、バインディングをセット。
It was taking place at
Dynaland. First, you pick a snowboard you want to test and set your bindings.
その後はリフト数本分の試乗。もちろんパークでもテストしました。
Then you just ride and test. Of course you can go in to the park.
グラフィック等詳細はお見せできませんが、スタッフが試乗したモデルはCustom X, X8V, X8、Jeremy, Un…Inc, Fixといったところでしょうか。個人的にはまったくの新しいパークモデルFIXがかなり調子良かったです。フレックスがソフトでトリックがしやすいだけでなく、ある程度のスピードを出してもばたつかないといったところです。また今シーズンから採用されているバインディングを2本のボルトでセットするICSシステムのラインナップがかなり増えます。2本のボルトということで不安を覚える人もいるかもしれませんが、まったくそういった問題はなさそうです。来シーズンはぜひ!
We cannot show the graphics or details but our staff tested Custom X, X8V, X8、Jeremy, Un…Inc, Fix, etc. Personally, brand new park board Fix was great. Fix got soft flex and it makes easier to do tricks and if you want to go faster, the edges hold snow well. Also ICS system, holding bindings with two bolts, will have more line up next season. It seems like not stable but no problem at all. Let’s try some next season
