NORTHSTAR Christmas
Here are NORTHSTAR we are getting in the Christmas mood with lights and decorations going up all over our lodge. We will also be hosting a two Christmas parties, the first on Dec. 19th (Fri.) and the second being on Christmas eve. For the 19th there will be a Christmas concert put on by a group from Singapore. For the party on Christmas eve we are planning some fun games and a time to hear about why we celebrate Christmas.
It is really great to have lights and concerts and play games but in all those things we also don’t want to forget the real reason for the season. Jesus Christ’s birth.
We hope to see you at one of the parties.
Opening Day at Norikura
Today was the opening day for 2008/2009 Snowboard and Ski season here at the Norikura Onsen Ski Resort. We had a good time riding together and there was some amazing snow conditions for so early in the season. There was blue sky and if you went by the trees you could still find some hidden powder.
