This weekend we had 1 luck guest for the Ride & Cut weekend. We had a good day cleaning up some down trees on one of the trails in Norikura on Saturday and then Sunday it rained. We ended up having a nice slow breakfast and then working on a new picnic bench in the NORTHSTAR basement. We are planning to build 3 more benches this spring so look for them this summer during MTB camps.

Today was a short practice session and a few local riders turned out to jam with us. This year the NORTHSTAR park is the best it has been in years thanks to lots of snow this year. We will host the second SFC Jam Session on March 5th with a live DJ, hot drinks, snacks, Dinner (1000 yen) and of corse lots of people having a good time. We hope you will come out for the main event.

Kamikochi Colors

It was so beautiful and the Fall colors were looking good. If you have never been to Kamikochi you should make a point to get there in the fall or winter. [en]Today We had Burton demo boards and the ollie comp with great weather in the Spring Park. Burton pro rider Keisuke Sugiura is coming to Spring Park tomorrow for a pro rider’s clinic, It will be an awesome chance to ride with a pro so don’t miss it.
We will also be running Burton demo boards again tomorrow so please come and try some of next seasons boards!
