On your ALTITUDE [Adventure Leadership Training and Development] trip, you will be backpacking through beautiful mountain country discovering new views, enjoying new challenges with other people, and learning more about yourself.

During the trip, we will be camping in the high altitudes of Japan – a world apart from your regular daily life. Here is a taste of what you will get to experience on the adventure:
• ascending a mountain peak
• crossing a river
• setting up camp
• camp games
• cooking meals
• personal time to encounter nature
• an unforgettable experience!

On your journey, we will be taking time to learn some of the “how-to’s” of backcountry lifestyle. You will be shown how to get set for a serious adventure and serious fun out on the trail.

On the trail, we will be relating our adventure experiences to real life. You will encounter personal growth through journalling about new discoveries and sharing about your thoughts and experiences with the group during the trip.

**Group size will be a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 12. Price includes gear rental and insurance. Participants must provide their own boots and rain gear. All other gear will be provided.
